Picked this up at the local library today for a buck. Looks in good condition. Liner notes say 1960. Anyone heard it?

Swell stuff and played with plenty of swagger. Unfortunate result of multi-miking ( I suppose) is the xylophone is not quite in synch. Kondrashin was in the U.S. with his new bud, Van Cliburn.
Listening now, it’s swell, and the sound is good. Vinyl in good shape. RCA Victor Symphony Orchestra. Those were the days.
No, but I just received Myaskovsky Complete Piano Sonatas (Murray McLachlan) and Respighi Complete Solo Piano Music (Michele D’Ambrosio)–5 CDS in all–so I’m a happy camper anyway. Thanks to YouTube for the lead …
